After replacing the PSU and GPU, my computer is stuck on Manufacturer logo and won't enter BIOS.

Hey guys, I recently bought a new PSU and GPU

PSU:

EVGA 500 B 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified 500W Active PFC ATX12V v2.31/EPS 12V v2.91
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817438012

GPU:

GIGABYTE GV-N660OC-3GD GeForce GTX 660 3GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 HDCP Ready WindForce 2X Video Card
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125507

I bought these after posting here and getting some suggestions for what would suit my computer.

I removed the PSU, the GPU that was there before (ATI Radeon 7000 family GPU), and replugged in everything with my new PSU and GPU. When I booted it up, the computer got to the company logo (I have a pre-built computer from Gateway) and it gives me the option to go into BIOS and boot menu. However, it doesn't let me go to any of those options no matter how many times I press the keys. The logo also seems to be off the center for some reason.

After a minute or so, the computer beeps and it goes into a second screen that has nothing but a blinking text underscore.

I would appreciate any help that you guys can give on the forums.

Thanks in advance and please help me save my computer T.T

As far as I know, my computer wasn't overclocked.

My old PSU was the one that came with the computer when I bought it (Liteon 300W PSU).

I'll try putting in the old GPU to see if it works.

Putting in the old GPU did work. The computer booted successfully. So should I uninstall the AMD drivers and install the Gigabyte nvidia driver from the CD I got with the GPU?

So it did boot with the old GPU and I uninstalled the AMD drivers completely using the Clean Uninstall Utility program from AMD. I tried to install the Gigabyte nvidia driver but because it said there was no compatible hardware, I couldn't install it. Now that I try to load it up using my new GPU, it still has the same issue.

I tried everything I can think of, including:

Changing the boot priority in BIOS

Clearing CMOS

Uninstalling AMD drivers

Replugging in the GPU and changing the way it's hooked up to the PSU.

Do you know if what could be the possible reason for this and how I can deal with it?

It's driving me crazy that upgrading the hardware would cause it to not work at all.
