850w PSU enough for SLI 780's and an H80i?

Mild overclocking in the future, but not by much. I feel like 850w is plenty, since PCPP estimates it all at about 700w. Appreciate any help, thanks.

I was gonna suggest to change CPU cooler but then i saw u have only i5 so thats fine.

What i would suggest is good airflow. Maybe pulling in from behind directly through GPU and then out the front of case since you have 2 GPUs.

Oh an please change motherboard. It isnt just me cuz i heard many people say that Gigabyte is a bad manufacturer and they have higher chance of factory defects and bugs.

or if you can afford you buy this epic one (that i will be getting too BTW) http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-motherboard-z97gaming5 that is only for 15 dolars more expensive but its way better, plus you will have GPU from MSI that is extra good for compatability.
