I have moved all the components out of an HP slimeline 5120y into a larger case, so space is not an issue here. I'm looking at getting a larger power supply, are there any kind of adapters I will need for this to work?

http://www.cnet.com/products/hp-pavilion-slimline-s5120y/ are these the specs? i suppose you have switched to an ATX tower. there isnt any worthy upgrade ability here so i wouldnt invest much. this one would be more than enough and still be able to run an a new build from scratch.!

Yes I have switched to an ATX case, I'm looking at putting in a Geforce 750TI gpx card and need a power supply. I know its looking pretty bleak on the RAM side of things on this mother board, as well as the processor, but if I can get this thing to play Elder Scrolls Online on high I'll be happy. If it turns out I can't, well at least I will have a good power supply and gpx card to build something from scratch with.
