Thoughts on my build?

So since this is my first build i want your opinions on this, here are the parts.

CPU- AMD FX 6300 Versa BE (Just seems like a great CPU)
GPU- Evga GTX 650 Ti Boost 2GB (Heavy Gaming)
CASE- Cooler Master Elite 430 (Love the fact it can be ATX or Micro ATX)
HDD- 1TB Seagate SATA (Needed lots of space)
RAM- Kingston Hyperx fury 1x8GB (Picked this cause i want to add 8GB more later)
PSU- Corsair CX 600w
MOBO- Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 AM3+

The CD will be a shitty one cause lets be honest... they are kinda not that important

This build will be working with Heavy Gamer used for Gaming, Hosting, Servers, Editing, Recording.

Thoughts? will the power be good?

Hi there

decent build. Nice job.
I'd recommend a Pentium G2358 paired with a Z97 motherboard over a FX 6300, as overclocked it outperforms it by a huge amount.
The CX series Corsair PSUs are very poor, try and find an Antec Basiq PSU if it's available. Or XFX.
The GPU is a good choice, although an AMD R9 270 would be a lot better, if you could afford it.

I agree with Alex. Also you won't need 600w for that build. 500w would be fine. This is the cheapest good quality PSU that will suit your needs on pcpartspicker at the moment.

Are you referring to this CPU ? Also could you recommend a MoBo? i kinda suck with picking MoBo lol i was sitting for a hour yesterday deciding witch one to get lol

Sure! And yes, I'm talking about the CPU.

CPU: Intel Pentium G3258
Mobo: ASRock Z97M Anniversary Edition.
(Or the non-M version if you would prefer an ATX size board and can afford it).

Just a note that the CM 430 Elite doesn't have front USB3.0 ports, if that is a feature you want. Also most cases that take ATX also have fittings for mATX.
