looks like you have bent a pin. carefully straighten that out and be carefully when you apply pressure.

Yep, you plugged it wrong and bent a pin. you must make sure that the holes of the cable match the pins of the header, there is a "filled" hole in the cable that helps with the orientation of how to plug it in the header, that and the bump in the middle that fits in the header.
