Joke thread- 4 TITAN Zs for 720p and 1080p how long will it last? (Just curious)

What do you guys think about this idea, getting a quad sli motherboard and loading £10K worth of cards in there for 720p, or even 1080p. What would performance be like, and how long will it last for both resolutions, obviously I am nowhere close to affording 4 Titan Zs, let alone one, I am just curious
More specifically how long will the 4 cards last for ultra/high settings and before all settings will be on low?
BTW TITIAN Z is my favourite graphics card for 1080p. (Only kidding, it's the R9 290)

Nobody really knows because there may be some new technology out next year that is miles ahead of any GPU today. Get what you need now, and plan for it to last a few years, and that's really all you can(and need to) do.

You'd end up with a massive CPU bottleneck with such low graphics settings. GPU load possibly 20% max. The cards would probably last quite long too at that load.

Can't be done. SLI only goes up to 4 GPUs and a single Titan Z has 2 GPUs. Max you could do is 2 Titan Zs. In which case they'd sit around doing nothing since the rest of the system wouldn't be able to keep up.

That depends. You could fold on them (more than two could be used), or use them for some other GPGPU project, and still have plenty of GPU muscle available for games.
