Another option would be that they have available a Radeon HD 6970 for 99$ at newegg then adding a thermaltake 600w (this will give you a great setup that you can take with you when you upgrade the processor and motherboard later figure you'll probably buy a new case. listed below)
Radeon Hd 6970 (this card is litterally the best performance/value card available on the market right now)

unfortunately, in order to get a better processor, you'll need a better motherboard, then if you get a new graphics card you'll need a new power supply. So personally i would recommend a whole new computer. What is your Max Spending money on the upgrade?

like @Tom_Taplin said changing your cpu would require to change (almost) everything your best bet might be to buy a gtx 750 ti since they dont require auxiliar power connectors

If I buy an fm2+ cpu I can upgrade the cpu and if I buy a gpu that my system can handle then it will work. But my question was. What cpu and gpu would my system be able to handle.

according to
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?cc=es&lc=es&dlc=es&docname=c01612549#N190

your cpu socket is am2+ which may support up to phenom II series of processors
and your PSU is rated at 300w which is only able to push GPU which require no additional power connector
the gtx 750 ti is the most powerful of those cards

My pc isn't ddr5 ram I don't think. I think I'll go wit the gtx 690 but wats the highest gpu do ddr3 ram

Gddr5 only applies to the graphics card. Graphics cards are their own separate computers with their own separate memory.

The G means graphics.

the Phenom is only about 2/3 the performance of an old gen i3, this would not be very good, but would be a slight improvement over the original, and a gt 630, really isn't very good for gaming or rebdering etc. DayZ will not run well on this system, the gt 630 is barely the the minimum requirements for this game. expect to play at 720p, low, and 25-30fps. What is your maximum budget? as when you deal with low end cards, you actually pay more for less, it would be worth saving up the pennys and getting a much beter value card like the gtx 750ti or the r7 260x

My max budget would be around $175 I want the gta 750 but I think that would be to much for the processor.

I would Get the GTX 750 Ti, it is a bit more expensive but is worth it, you will have a slight bottleneck, but in the future you can upgrade the cpu, for the mean time, that'd be your best bet to getting more performance for your dollar

Thats all about 150$ after shipping would give you a huge performance gain and the ability to upgrade much further.

Btw I would never suggest using a FM2 processor, its a dead socket with crap processors. (not a fan boy) I see a lot of potential for a budget game with the FX processors but the A-Series are complete crap.
