I have a ATI Radeon 7970 running windows 8,1 (drivers are up to date)
I have 2 monitors connected by DVI and they have worked great for ages, decided now I have moved my living room around to connect my samsung HD tv up as well.
connected the HDMI cable up and windows screen res shows the TV but greyed out. If i try and extend the display it give a error saying the settings cant be saved.
i disabled one of my dvi monitors and then extended to the tv and that works, but i cant then enable the DVI monitor i disabled.
I set the screen res on the tv to the same as my monitors and tried again but no joy.
ATI CCC doesnt show a 3rd screen in eyefinity but does detect it when I go into detect displays.
Any ideas?
