Hi I'm building my first desktop and I cannot get the front panel power supply to get power. The components I'm using are:
Asus sabertooth x79 mobo
Corsair carbide 400r case
Intel i7 4930k processor
500gb samsung ssd 840 eve
3tb seagate desktop hdd
4x 8gb corsair vengeance ddr3 ram
GeForce gtx 770
Corsair rm750 psu
Corsair h100i cooling system

The only problem I noticed was the second fan in the h100i does not fit in the case. It's corner screw would be touching the heat radiator on the mobo and be blocking access to the 8pin atx connector from the psu to the mobo. Everything else is plugged in correctly but there is no power. The green led on the mobo lights up indicating there is standby power but the power sw on her front panel is non responsive. I've checked and double checked every connection and there are no other problems. I've disconnected every component and tried to get power to just the mobo and front panel and still nothing. I tried a much smaller graphics card to test that but it had the same problem. Any suggestions?

Hi,
Is the 8 pin power cable connected?
If shorting with a screwdriver the 2 pins on the board where the wires from the case power button get connected, does the board start?
