I have Windows 8.1 installed. I have a Gigabyte Ga-Z87X-HD3, Intel i5 4690, 8 gb ram, pny xlr8 pro 120gb ssd, and GeForce GT 640. I have been getting many BSODs, and mostly while I am playing games. The messages I have gotten have been: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION, SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED, KERNAL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE, and DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATED. Also, games often crash and sometimes apps like Chrome. I don't know if you need anymore information, just ask. I really appreciate any help! Thanks!

Solution
disable any overclocking, reset or update your BIOS to defaults
test your system memory with memtest86, if that works without failures
you would then look for something corrupting your system memory inside windows
first scan for malware via malwarebytes,

it looks like you have turned on verifier.exe and got a driver_verifier bugcheck. Most often that
will tell you the name of the driver that is causing the memory corruption. You should put your memory .dmp files on a cloud server
and I could take a quick look. bluescreenview http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html
should be able to tell you the name of the bad driver for the DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATED bugcheck. (the others are likely to be bogus)
