Hello guys i am thinking of building a new pc because my old one cant play most of the new titles
Soo this will be my future pc specs.. what do you think?

no, Because he has the r9 270x and a better processor, these are both factors and you're card is one tier lower than his and your cpu isn't as good as his

What if i replace my graphics card with that one
Sapphire Radeon R9 270X 2GB GDDR5 DVI-I/DVI-D/HDMI/DP Dual-X with Boost and OC Version PCI-Express Graphics Card 11217-01-20G?
I cant change my motherboard and my cpu because my budget is too low..But i can change it if it is in my budget..
Do i also need a cooler?
I would appreciate if you could give me a better build of a gaming pc inside the budget of 600$
