Just curious on what would be a safe amount to overclock limit, When i opened afterburner i noticed that the sliders were pretty low stock, was wondering how much more power i could unlock from it?

Solution
As a general rule of thumb, if you're on stock cooling you shouldn't exceed 20% of the existing clock speeds. So, a 1000Mhz clock shouldn't be pushed beyond 1200Mhz. This applies to memory speed as well.

Like any form of overclocking, it's all about trial and error. If you push the overclock too far, chances are games will start to exhibit artefacts and crash before overheating kicks in.
