Basically I am planning on building a new Pc however I have a pc with all my data/games(steam, origin, DLC and that dumb 50GB titanfall) everything pretty much. All my games are saved on a single hard drive which I assume I can carry over to my new Pc but I had a separate boot ssd which I think might have some game saves or something( I don't know for sure), will everything load up as normal on my new Pc or do I have to redownload every thing ? What is the best course of action?

Most likely you'll have to redownload everything, i know that with steam games if you can keep the same directory, steam might recognize that there are files there and just download the ones you need without having to redownload every game and thing, but other than that, most things will have to be redownloaded and reinstalled

It's supposed to, but it doesn't always. I lost a couple of saves even though steam is supposed to upload them to the cloud so you can have them anywhere you're logged in. So your best bet would be to backup any important files and saves. Then redownload anything don't absolutely have to save
