I just recently bought a laptop of the internet. The laptop details claimed that it comes with an Intel HD 4600. After receiving the laptop I looked to check for the specs. Multiple programs and setting are telling me that I have an Intel HD 4000 not a Intel HD 4600. I checked this by using dxdiag, Device manager, Can You Run It website, GPU-Z. Every single one says I have a Intel HD 4000, not an Intel HD 4600. I need to know if this is just normal or what. Please Help Me!

Google for your processor model# and check that.
Ivy Bridge CPU's have at best HD4000 and you would need a Haswell based CPU to possibly get the gt2 based HD4200/4400/4600.
Haswell can also come with GT1 based graphics (just HD graphics) or GT3 based Iris/Iris Pro HD5100/5200 for your information.
