For basic multimedia work it will do fine, thats just rending a still image. It won't give you much of a boost if any of your programs can make good use of GPU acceleration, it just isn't strong enough to help a ton, but it will run them fine.

CoralDraw doesn't require any notable GPU, a basic built in IGP would do just fine with it. Since you are just editing pictures and not rendering them there is practically zero GPU load.
Its also far from the perfect GPU, its a good scam though.... 4GB of VRAM is only useful for powerful cards running in CF/SLI, no single card will make use of more than 2GB of VRAM without lots of excessive texture packs. For your usage you could get by with 128MB of VRAM, just enough to run windows.

I don't see why you would go for a 750 ti, you stated it was not for gaming and unless your video editing program explicitly supports GPU acceleration i'd really suggest something more along the lines of a 720 or 730, no point spending more money if it gets you no gains.
