CoralDraw doesn't require any notable GPU, a basic built in IGP would do just fine with it. Since you are just editing pictures and not rendering them there is practically zero GPU load.
Its also far from the perfect GPU, its a good scam though.... 4GB of VRAM is only useful for powerful cards running in CF/SLI, no single card will make use of more than 2GB of VRAM without lots of excessive texture packs. For your usage you could get by with 128MB of VRAM, just enough to run windows.
