Bottlenecking might be occuring

Hi guys, I've got two R9 280x from Asus. Is stock clocked 4770K bottlenecking these two graphics card? I can't overclock just yet because I know for a fact that H97 chipset motherboard is not a very good overclockable motherboard. So, am I bottlenecking anything?

Solution
If you're on an Intel quad-core since Sandy Bridge or newer, you aren't bottlenecking anything. The very few handful of games that will seriously stress one of these processors usually require hex-core processors for you to see any meaningful performance increase besides just overclocking, so don't worry about your CPU performance.
