So i just upgraded my pc

Corsair Force LX Series 128GB SSD (new)
R9 280x
Seagate 1TB HDD (new)
MSI 970 Gaming MOBO (new)
16GB Ram
Windows 8.1 OS (new)
Rosewill ARC M550 550W PSU (new)
FX 8350 stock clock

So basically when i turn on my pc, all fans are on and the mobo lights up. But the monitor just stays black! So what i do is just hold the power button to turn it off and try to turn it on again. Now this is the weird part... sometimes it turns on and sometimes it doesnt. Sometimes i need to turn off/on for 3 or 4 times for it to turn on. Sometimes i need to do it just once. Its so inconsistence and strange.

Example:
One day i was just playing a game and suddenly my monitor turns off. The thing is the fans and all is still working. I thought it was the GPU but the fans on the gpu is still on!

My hunch is on the SSD, which holds the OS. But im not sure, could it be the motherboard? My GPU maybe?

You never said what CPU you had.

You don't need the OS to see a signal though.

It sounds like a heating issue. But it COULD be a power supply issue. Your computer uses something like 480Ws and your PSU only provides 550ws and is CERTIFIED for 80% of that, so that actually comes out to 440Ws of reliable power. You might need a bigger PSU.

I update my original post. I have an FX 8350 stock clock.
Hmmm, it could be the psu, but if it is should it completly turn off my PC? Because the fans and all is still running. I have this simmilar setup before i upgrade my pc. before i upgraded, i dont have an ssd, and everything else is the same and i have a 550w of PSU and it ran just fine.

Not all power supplies are made equal:

And sometimes they don't give what they say.
