Hello,
Basically, my gpu started making these buzzing noises a week ago and I believe that it is coil whine based on the stress test I ran on it, and it definitely seems to be coming from my gpu when I put my ear next to the case. The coil whine is bad when playing games such as bf4, bf3, and planetside, I guess it's because at that time the gpu is under a decent amount of load. The coil whine occurs after about 5 minutes of playing the games mentioned. When I turn vsync on the noise sometimes goes away but not in bf4, and when I alt tab the noise will go away, so it only happens when I am gaming.
It didn't used to do it before but now it is. If it is coil whine, I think it is one of the worst cases of coil whine I have ever heard in my life, heck, I think it can set a world record for loudest coil whine.
My gpu temps are ok around the 60-63C when playing bf3 on ultra and my cpu temps are normal too. It's funny because on the MSI kombustion gpu stress test, the noise came back when the card hit 70 C which is pretty hot, however in these games I am only at around 62C so I don't think it shouldn't make the noise when at 70C it started to make the noise in the stress test.
Anyways, take a listen: http://tinypic.com/player.php?v=vd0fie&s=8#.U-Wva_ldU31
Make sure to turn your sound up and you can hear it really well, now imagine that way louder and that's how it is in real life.
I'm not sure if I can RMA the card because I've heard people say that they will not RMA a card because of coil whine since it is normal, but this is really loud so I'm not sure.
And even if I can RMA, I want to know if there is any other way to potentially fix it or if it will go away with time since I don't want to wait months without a video card and not be able to game until they can send me a new one. Sometimes if I play long enough, the coil whine actually goes away or gets a lot quieter.

Thanks.
