They are the exact same except:
-The 1st one is only semi modular. Some (but not all) cables come preattached. Better than non modular (all cables preattached) as you get to chose if you want extra cables or not (less clutter, for tidiness)
-The second one is fully modular. No cables come preattached, and you attach only the ones you need. Better than semi modular.

Both will run the gpu and cpu with plenty of power to spare. There seems to be only two differences in the specs. First the tpg is fully modular and the 750w output is measured at 50C rather than 40C. Fully modular is a little easier to work with. The power rating difference means the tpg have slightly better parts. Same OEM(CWT) and power output on the 12v rail(744W) on both psu, the price difference is only $20. I'll go with the TPG beside it looks cooler.
