I am currently getting max package temps of 81C on my 4790k (according to hwmonitor). I tried setting the fan rpm up and reseating the heatsink 2 times, but it still gets pretty hot in game. I tried the "pea" method of arctic silver 5 and the spread method, but it still gets to about 81C in game. I am using the stock heatsink.
