Hello there! I recently built a computer and installed everything, and after doing stress test on my CPU and GPU everything seemed normal. After I overclocked (4.6ghz) and stress test again, I noticed that my CPU peaks about 100 Celsius and GPU sits at a good 60-70. Usually when I play BF4 (OCed at 4.6ghz) it sits around low to mid 60s for both CPU and GPU. Another thing is that I am using Prime95 to do testing and it sits average 65-85, and sometimes peak up to 90-100. Would be thankful for any advice!

System Specs:
Intel i5-4690K (OCed at 4.6ghz)
Corsair H100i
GTX 780
Asus Maximus VII Hero
Corsair 8GB Ram 2133MHz

Voltages and Ratios:
CPU Core - 1.292
CPU Cache - 1.273
CPU Input - 1.92
DRAM - 1.665
CPU Ratio - 46
CPU Cache Ratio - 42
BCLK Frequency - 100.0

Also if my voltages are too high/low can you please tell me what I should try? Thanks!

Edit: I fixed it - My voltages were too high :p  :D

have you installed the cooler properly? The temps are measured electronically though so it's not really as reliable as a physical probe or something like that
