Yep, that all checks out in my eyes in terms of compatibility. Any reason for only 500GB on the hard drive? That's rather small for today, but everyone has their own storage situation.

If you're overclocking (which I assume you will because you have the K version), you should get a third party CPU cooler. A good economical one which packs a punch would be the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO (~$25-$30), or the Hyper 212 Plus, the older version of the EVO which may be a little cheaper.
