Hi guys.. I'm looking to build a new budget gaming build
i'm from India and I usually buy my parts from www.flipkart.com.. I dont want to buy anywhere else..

I got with me a new Sapphire r9 270x dual-x with OC boost

I'm looking to finish the rest of the build under 40000 INR.. and thats final.. I can spend more than that.

Must be able to play all the latest games @ high/ultra settings..

I need the peripherals too under my budget .. except mouse and speakers ( I already have them)..

Should I go for AMD/Intel ....I heard AMD comes cheap .. (is that true??)

Solution
That is really good card under a budget.. I suggest you go with an AMD build probably use an fx 6300 or if you could go for an fx 8320.. the ASUS m5a97 r2.0 seems to be a good borad.. get an 8GB ram (Corsair Vengeance maybe).. 1TB Seagate Barracuda should do.. get a 600W PSU (Corasir or Seasonic)..

amd is cheaper but intel is better and suggest you invest in it if your willing to spend a bit more money. with that gpu (witch is best value for money in my thoughts) you should get an intel core i5 3.4ish ghz cpu so you don't bottleneck the build. sorry for the short solution, I will reply again letr.
