you will not be able to run Crossfire or SLI as you only have one PCI-E 16x slot. This is the slot that graphics cards are used in. It can be seen on your board at the top in blue. You would need a second identical slot to use crossfire. And at least an 8x speed slot for SLI.
If you do plan On either SLI/Crossfire make sure you use the correct chipset, and do have enough slot on the motherboard if you do decide to upgrade
