after 20 days of use of my new toshiba satellite c55-A5285, laptop which came with windows 8 pre installed, suddenly blue screen appeared in between the work and got hanged, no error msg only plain blue screen, cursor is moving,no ther control's/buttons are working have to do force shutdown. please help me out. I am facing this problem frequently.
