Hi all,

I just built my first custom loop and have been doing leak test for ~12 hours. I noticed the flow rate has been dropping constantly since the beginning, for the first few hours is was stable at 4.9LPM, a few hours later it dropped to 4.6LPM and now I see 4.3LPM from time to time

I'm using a koolance FM18D flow meter, swiftech MCP655 vario with EK top at max rpm

I double checked the loop and found no leak, is that normal? if not how what may be the cause and how should i deal with it?

Thanks!

Hi, actually the flow rate has been stable at 4.9lpm since i put everything together, not sure what happened during the leak test.

my components:
1 x swiftech apogee xl cpu block
2 x swiftech gtx titan waterblocks
1 x swiftech mcp655 w/ EK top
1 x EK XT360 rad with 3 corsair sp120 at 2350rpm (damn they are loud)
bitspower 250 reservoir
bitspower fittings
xspc tubing

i'm running a parallel setup for the GPUs

i was worried whether one 360 rad would be enough (and it's not a thick one) but i'm quite happy with the result after running it for a whole day. I got ~5C delta when playing games and i don't really overclock.

pic before leak test - a few fittings were replaced after that because of sealing issue but it shouldn't make much difference

Sorry for the pic quality.. too lazy to take camera out :p
