Are you buying a monitor: no. I have a Benq 24" RL2455HM 1920x1080 1ms (I believe its 60ghz which means I can only have a max of 60fps while playing

Do you need to buy OS: yes windows 8.1 oem 64 bit preferably

Thermaltake Black Urban T21 Mid Tower Chassis $95 , Thermaltake Urban R21 Mid Tower Chassis $75 (unless you can find a case of the same style I want no other case than 1 of these.)
Overclocking: hopefully, I will probably need the boost to get my preferred fps of 55 MINIMUM (when not in massive wars on ultra). but depends on wether you think its worth it or not.
SLI or Crossfire: It would be good so I can upgrade in the future.

Additional Comments: I would prefer it if I didn't need to do any bios updates on my mobo or anything that will make use complicated (I am getting it put together for $70) and I am suggesting the use of an Intel Core i5 4690 3.5GHz 6MB.
please make sure if I need a cooler, its there. and please ask for additional information, so this is as accurate as possible!!!
I will of course need all essentials eg optical drive ($20ish) ram (maybe g. skill) hhd (western digital preferably) etc
if you can give it 60fps ABSOLUTE MINIMUM that would be great but un-needed. and psu that will give it all the power it will need.
this needs to be a physically good quality build because I can't afford to get specific parts replaced!
needs be able to produce sound as well when plugged into speakers (if it doesn't come as standard) DO NOT add speakers to the build I already have badass headset.
would also like it if it had fan control (or if there's free online software do not worry about that, unless It comes with mobo already)
do not use parpicker for this build because I live in auss and u cant get many things on PP
ask me for additional info so this build is accurate!
