Solution

OP, please ignore this poster.

The GTX760 is a 170w card and as I have had two 170w cards in SLi before I know that a good 650w PSU is all that is required, your two cards might not SLi though because of the different amounts of Vram.

so it must be 2gtx 760 2gb each ??

Yes to SLI. You must have 2gb of 760 and another one that it is exactly the same model and manufacturer for it to work fluently.
