This is a much better build for the same money, it has better CPU performance and also a much more powerful GPU

The build suggested above is quite nice, although I would go with the Tri-X cooler for the r9 290 (It runs cooler and quieter). And a Seagate hard drive (faster and cheaper than the blue drive.), as well as an h97 motherboard (h97 pro4, same motherboard but the h97 version), as the 4590 is a haswell referesh processor (and the motherboard might not have an updated bios, in which case you won't be able to use the cpu at all)
