Hello! I don't know really to post this so I figured I would post it were I got most of information. I am building a new PC after years of playing on my old one. I finally said that I needed a new one and I thought it would be better just to make one instead of getting a pre made one. My question is, with the parts below, will I be able to some of the games coming out soon such as Far Cry 4, Assassins Creed Unity, and Arkham Knight? Here are the parts...

Motherboard - MSI ATX DDR3 2600 LGA 1150 Motherboards Z97-GD65 GAMING
Processor - Intel Core i7-4790K Processor (8M Cache, up to 4.40 GHz)
RAM - Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1600 MHz
Graphics Card - XFX Double D R9 290 947MHz 4GB DDR5 DP HDMI 2XDVI Graphics Card
Case -Thermaltake Chaser MK-1
Fan - Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
The rest is a 1TB hard drive, Thanks (oh, and if I have to over clock, please say so)!
Thank You!

That is a great gaming machine, it will be able to play all current games at ultra at 1080p with no problem at all. What power supply are you going to get for your build and I would also suggest getting a 120 or 250GB SSD for your build as well.

Thank you so much for you replay, I have a 250 SSD but I forgot to mention, my power supply is a Thermaltake Power Supply 240-Pin 1200 Power Supply TPG-1200M. Thank you so much again!

If you haven't already bought it, I would get a 650W one made by EVGA, seasonic or XFX

I'd swap the xfx gpu for one with a better cooler

Thanks for the tip, any ideas on a good cooling system, I would like a fan but I could use water cooling. Thanks!
Update:
Sorry! I read that wrong? Any ideas on a better GPU? Sorry about that!

It certainly should be unless you are planning on putting a second GPU into your machine in the future

I would suggest something like this card http://au.pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-video-card-912v3080... It has one of the best coolers there are out there, cool and also quiet

It certainly is, it is essentially the same card as the one you picked, but with a different cooler on it instead. So you can expect excellent frame rates at ultra settings @1080p
