Is Pcpartpicker's estimated wattage accurate? My current build is this:

AMD FX-8320 3.5GHz 8-Core Processor
Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P ATX AM3+ Motherboard
Team Vulcan 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Western Digital WD Blue WD10EZEX 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5"
Sapphire Radeon R9 270 2GB Dual-X Video Card
Corsair 200R ATX Mid Tower Case

The estimated wattage that PcPartPicker says is 374 Watts. My power supply is a SeaSonic 520w Rated at 80+ Bronze. So would this PSU be enough or will I need to pick up a new one?

About 160W for the GPU and 150W for the rest of the computer... so your real power usage will be somewhere in the 300-350W range.

Is 350W smaller than 520W? Yes.
Is Seasonic a good brand? Yes.
Will it work? There is no reason to expect otherwise.

Alright thanks, I'd seen mixed answers elsewhere and felt I should get a straight answer.

520W is a very safe wattage for your setup, even with overclocking. It won't be enough if you decide to crossfire, but as long as you have a single GPU, this will more than sufficient. Just make sure that it has enough PCI-Express power cables. You should only need one 6 pin cable for the R9 270.
