Do you have another computer with Windows 7? (or know anyone who does?)

If so, you should be able to create some recovery media, which will allow you to boot into safe mode.
Try seeing if this guide is any help: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/create-a-windows-system-repair-disc/

bugcheck: divide by zero error I would think you are getting memory corruption. most likely a bad RAM card.
I would pull the RAM part of the RMA to isolate a bad stick. then attempt to boot into BIOS.

if you do get your machine to boot, you will want to start by resetting the BIOS to defaults and reconfig the system
then run memtest86 to confirm that your RAM is ok.

if you still have bugchecks, you next need to make sure your cpu fan is still working.
then do a malwarebytes scan for malware. if you still have problems you would want to post a current memory
.dmp file on a cloud server so it could be looked at.
