AMD Phenom II X6 1055t temps.

I installed PC wizard to check my CPU temps.i was running nothing and the temperature was and it still is 35 temps.It's summer in Montenegro.
Is this temp normal and how much should i expect when gaming?And can I oc the 1055t? My mobo is a M5A99X EVO R2.0
.I have a CM Hyper 212 EVO.

It's around 30 degrees C almost every day,sometimes 33-35

My 1055t runs at 55c tops with my Be Quiet Dark rock2 cooler.
And it runs @ 3.830ghz for over 4 years now.
I do take the time to clean every few months.
And reapply thermal paste once a year.

I have this same CPU on an ASUS M5A97 LE 2.0 MoBo and the temps were always around 33-43*C with the stock fan. I wouldn't overclock without a better cooling system. I just installed an H55 (self contained corsair liquid CPU cooler) and my ambient temps dropped to 18*C at idle (7 degrees cooler than the house!). When gaming it stays under 27*C. The H55 setup was on sale for $60, I'd highly recommend it if you can afford it. I was skeptical but it really helped.
