Its just the question of, will it work? and the fps ill be gettin when i'm playing top end games(BF4, Crysis 3, Assassins Creed 4, etc.) on 4k Ultra Settings. So, Looking forward for some answers, Thank you guys :)

These are the basic parts I would get if I didn't have a budget, didn't include the extra fans or fan controller or sound card etc.
The R9 295x2 is better for games and half the price of the Titan Z.
It is a waste of money, no doubt about that, but that's probably the most powerful PC you could get right now.

Okay, i don't really get which build your saying is "most powerful", and i also want to know what sort of FPS i'll be getting while playing top end games on ultra settings on 4k resolution.

The build I posted is probably the most powerful PC you can buy for gaming right now. And you'd be looking at over 60fps in almost all games on max setting, bf4 for example gets around 90 (http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/radeon-r9-295x2-crossfire-performance,3808.html)

Is it possible for you to improvise, cuz i just saw a video of r9 295x2 crossfire vs gtx tian z sli and found out they were both doing very average of 4k ultra on top end games(AC 4, Crysis, etc), so see if you can improvise, my budget is $40k

Alright, how about this http://pcpartpicker.com/p/p3H26h ( i have not included CPU, Cooler and Motherboard, because in a month or so x99 chipset from Asus will hit the market and 8 core 5960x and few other intel 5th gen processors are coming so ill add that) otherwise i just need a good cooler ( dont really know which one to get).

That would be great.

The build you posted is basically the same, you won't have any performance difference. You should also get a 64 GB kit, to avoid any problems with multiple kits. And why those blu-ray drives? You just took the most expensive ones... ^^ (Why would you need so many drives)
