Socket temps almost reach 70C (when Stressing) but CPU doesn't go over 45C, how to lower socket temps?

Yesterday or the day bfore, I installed a h110 and the difference is amazing. But now that I wanted to OC, (fx-8320) I can go to 4GHz for 10min in prime95 almost to the breaking point, and even with the same voltages, putting +100MHz I go way higher. Again, cpu temps don't go over 45(maybe 47) but that's way lower than 62. What can I do to lower socket temps?

Got 5 fans, 4 intakes and 1 exhaust. 1 on front, 1 on the bottom, two on top and the exhaust behind. (120mm fans on top, one controlled by the mobo, the other at 1200rpm, one 140mm on bot, 1200rpm, and the rest mobo controlled

CPU temps go to 17C when IDLE, lower than ambient temp about 25C

Have you tried stress-testing with the back side-panel of the case off? I was querying the same issue with my build and found that whilst it made absolutely no difference to the core temp, my socket temp dropped by a few degrees, just by letting the trapped air behind the mobo escape. As such, I'm considering cutting a hole in the side of the case and attaching a scythe ultra low profile (12mm) exhaust fan.

Kind regards,

Ben.
