What should i choose?
Intel i5 4440
OR
AMD FX 8320

I am building a new computer

i5 4440/ FX 8320
Asrock b85 pro4(LGA1150)/ Asus M5A97 R2.0(AM3+)
Corsair VS650
Kingston HyperX Fury 8GB DDR3 1600MHz
Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon R9 270X 2GB
1TB Western Digital 7200rpm
Phantom 240 Cabinet

Go for the i5! It performs better in pretty much every aspect. Especially gaming. I know this is true but I can find you the proof if you'd like :)

But on Game Debate its given that i5 4440 performs 25% worse than FX 8320
and also i5 4440 have only 4 cores but fx 8320 have 8 cores

Cores don't mean everything man. :)
I'll update this post with some real world tests & gaming results.
Also, the VS650 is a very poor quality PSU, you don't want to be skimping on that. Go for something from XFX, Seasonic or the EVGA B2 series.
