Hello there,
I have a little problem. I'm currently owning an MSI 0A90 motherboard, and the bios version on it is 1.08. I bought an intel core 2 quad Q9550 for it (currently using core 2 duo E6600) and the first thing that happened when I installed it, was that my pc started up, but my screen didn't give any signal while it was connected to my gpu. So I thought that maybe it could be that my bios was outdated, so I tried searching for a driver and I found one. I got some program called BIOS tools, and it has 3 options.
1. Create BIOS flash diskette
2. Create BIOS flash drivekey
3. Flash system bios now.
I wasn't able to do any of them. Because I don't have a diskette station in my pc, and the drivekey one didn't work as well
and the third one gave me an error saying: onboard BIOS not award BIOS.
I have no idea how to make my core 2 quad work and I really hope someone can help me.
