battlefield 4 mantle not showing up??

Graphics Card - AMD Radeon Sapphire R9 270X 4GB OC edition
RAM - 2x 4gb(8gb) PNY DDR3
Power Supply - 850watt EVGA SuperNOVA G2
Motherboard - GIGABYTE MA785GMT-UD2H

I dont have an option for mantle on BF4. I have the latest beta of CCC (14.7) ive tried 14.4 and i didnt have it either. any idea what im suppose to do? am i suppose to enable it someplace?

When you enter the game's Video options,notice that the Graphics API option on the top left is switchable. Choose Mantle API by pressing the left or right arrow keys and restart the game for the changes to take effect.
