Hello, and thank you in advance!
I have a pretty good rig, here are my specs.
Nvidia 770 2gb - SLI
AMD 8350 8-Core CPU overclocked to 4.5ghz
16 GB DDR3 Ram
Windows 7 - 64 Bit

I average about 30-40 FPS on High in BF4, at 1080p. I've seen people with similar specs pulling 70-100 FPS.. I'm not sure whats going on.

My 3D-Mark score is very high as well..

I unparked the cores, and I believe it may have given me some FPS boost, however I still get around 45-55 FPS average.

GeForce Experience seems to recommend a mix of Low/Medium. :\ Is that really all that my rig can run apparently? It's kind of disappointing.

I think that something may be going wrong, somehow.

While playing on these 'recommended settings', I find my FPS to be the same as well, ranging from 45-55 even with most settings on low. :\

Thats probably my next step, gonna get the 880 when they come out in the near future.

Thanks everyone for the help, I guess I'm cursed. D: I'll rebuild a rig with an Intel too, probably. :\
