Do i need to buy a cpu cooler,,or cabinet cooler ?

The 4690K and Z97 is a faster combo.
The stock cooler on a 4670K is good enough to run at stock speeds, but you need better to overclock. If you are going to overclock get a cooler master 212 EVO, Noctua DH-15, or Corsair H100i.
The graphics card will be your bottleneck, I recommend a radeon 280 or 280x, or geforce 760 or 770 for a gaming system. You could always by the 270x and upgrade later if money is an issue.
A good quality 650W power supply is plenty. Seasonic is one of the best.

Yes buy the EVO it's the best budget cooler on the market , and the stock cooler isn't sufficient.

Get 'cooler master HAF 912' series cabinet , put 2 fan inflow and 2 outflow, surely will work as charm, no need of cpu liquid coolng, this cabinet works fine too for gpu with side panel window.....
U can go with cooler master N400 too....all work fine and with no doubt
and 2 fan are pre installed already, u jst need 2..

Yes 212 evo will be fine only, but If you are going overclocked then go for cooler master N400, its a better airflow and u can put 8 Fan in that case....no need cpu cooler anymore

no thts not a problem,,,if you are going to buy cpu cooler evo 212...then there will be no problem any more, but if u want save some money then buy cooler master N400 only, with that u dont need cpu cooler....

Yeah its true, but if he going to buy new cabinet or cpu cooler too then better to buy N400 cabinet only...tht I said

I am not an expert but I experienced with N400 cabinet, I think n400 enough to do so and he have 3 fan compatible cabinet, I think tht not enough to overclock even with 212 evo
