To start off, I don't need any peripherals or software for this build as I already have all of that. This is what I have so far, as far as the components, and only parts I will need for the build; please tell me what you think, and whether you suggest anything be changed. I greatly appreciate it! I just want to get as many opinions as possible before I go and buy all these parts for my first build! (p.s. i decided to go with the 700w psu in order to give myself potential to add another 760 down the road, as well as it being a highly reviewed, and well priced 80+ gold certified psu.) ALSO, idk if i need a sound card or if there is one included already in any of my components?

CPU: intel i5 4690k ($217 @ microcenter)

p.s. I will be playing skyrim, elder scrolls online, and other upcoming titles, such as destiny and dragon age inquisition.

Solution
The PSU is kinda cheap, even if it is 700 watts. Other than that, you dont have a HDD in that build and there is only so much you can install in a 128 SSD included the OS.
first off all that a horrible psu tier 5 should get the evga 750w its going for 50$ right now and is has all the same certification just more reliable. they have some 2400mhz ram for 78$. get a r9 280 for that price its great and has better performance. get a samsung evo for 80$.

I agree with some stuff kunthakenthe says.

Do get a better PSU, getting a crappy one is basically getting ready to throw money into the fire. 80+ gold doesn't mean much... It's just efficiency. Comparing the PSU makes are more important than the efficiency, you could have a comparison between the PSU you're looking at and something like a bronze rated EVGA 500B and that 500B would be picked over that one practically every time just because it'll be a slightly more reliable and better unit.

The r9 280 would do better in skyrim than the gtx 760 when modding. That extra vRAM will help out with the mods.

Everything else looks fine though.

im totally on board with the psu change, thanks for the advice guys, as far as the ram, i have been doing research online and everything i read says the mhz of the ram doesnt really change anything. I really wanted to go nvidia for the physx, I dont need or want an additional hdd right now as i dont store much at all, and 128gb is really more than i use on any of the computers i have currently, i can always add hdd storage later for bulk storage! and as far as the sandisk, i was suggested to use it over a kingston v300, is the samsung really going to be worth the extra money to me? im really over budget on this thing as is, i wanted to spend $650 but i didnt want to short myself on the gpu by getting a 750 ti so i bumped up to the 760.
