Looking for gaming PC roughly $400-$500

Must be able to play simulation games like sims and tropico 5 on high to ultra settings and would also like it to be able to play Rust, Dayz, Arma 3, etc. I would like it to have 500GB hard drive or better do not need moniter i will be using my 50" LED 120hz TV.

This may be a tad more then your budget but it would handle just about any future games on medium+ and for the games you specified it should handle on ultra

Side note, these parts are all picked from an Australian website. So prices may vary
