im looking to build for gaming on ultra setting and some video editing. i have put a list together but don't know if its any good?

Some things,
A noctua dh 14 will just be aa good as the kraken imo and cheaper
A bigger ssd may be needed conaidering your needs
Sli 780 will be better

I'd say the psu for the 850w Evga g2. It's cheaper and a bit better. Also get 2x8gb of ddr3 1866 with a cas of 9. Your system isn't quad channel so 4 sticks will just add unneeded stress to the mc.
