Or mid tower if you want to save some money, you won't have as much expansion room but it's up to you. No problem, pick someone as the best answer if your issue is solved. Happy to help.

Your motherboard supports dual channel memory, meaning a 16GB set consisting of two sticks is best for you. If you had a motherboard that supported quad channel, then 4 stick would be better. As for 8GB vs 16GB, it depends what you plan to do. If this build is just for gaming than 8GB is enough.

G.SKILL Sniper Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 1866, this is good ram for you.
You can stick with the stock CPU cooler or get you can get this air cooler: Noctua NH-D14, or Corsair H100i if you wanted a closed loop water cooler.

I would go with 16GB of ram than (2x8GB) sticks, this should do fine: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233536

As for a case (chassis), that really is up to you. Any ATX full tower case will be perfect for you, it's really based on looks at this point, which is entirely up to you. I would recommend Corsair 750D, or any Cooler Master case, but that's my personal opinion.
