Your system is fine :
http://www.neoseeker.com/Articles/Games/Guides/sims3performance/11.html

a hd 6670 is better than a 4650 which shows averga fps at 30. At 30fps a game is a little choppy but playable expect the 6670 to be more than that.

Your case has USB 3.0 headers that your motherboard doesn't support. The PSU is suspect but with the type of build you have I dont think it will be a problem. Everything thing else seems fine

They are all compatible, but that PSU is awful. Go for the Corsair CX430 instead, it is significantly better and will handle your system with ease. The CPU may be a bit weak to play the sims super well, you may want to step it up to a lower end pentium, and definitely avoid getting screwed by bestbuy, all of your listed parts come out to $321, you can get the same build for only $257 if you don't get screwed by best buy.

I'm sorry, it's 6:30am where I live and I haven't slept. I was rude and I apologise. :(
Your new build will run it a whole lot better than your current system, you will be very happy with it. :D
It doesn't matter that the case supports USB3 and your motherboard only supports USB2, it'll work just fine.

Problem: so your case has 4 slots 2 of which are 3.0 slots but your motherboard only has two 2.0 (9pin) usb headers. You need another pair of 19pin usb headers
You can't have 3.0 speeds with this motherboard but maybe you can get ALL four working.

This might be way too much trouble but...
Since you only have two headers you'll need a splitter. Not just any splitter but one that will convert 2.0 header and split to 3.0 header.
Something like This but with a 9 pin to mobo(can't find one):

You then need a 2.0 to 2.0 splitter to use the other 2 Usb slots

There are other solutions like an internal module that gives you extra headers. Im sure there's something out there for your situation.
