Hello,
I'm thinking of buying a new graphics card.
Are there newer cards expected than the 290x? If there are, when will they be released?

Also, this is my rig:
Intel Core i7 860@2.93GHz
GIGABYTE GA-P55-UD3L
Sapphire ATI Radeon HD5870
G.Skill Ripjaws-X 2x8GB DDR3 1600Mhz
WesternDigital 1TB
650W SeaSonic
CoolerMaster CM690

Can I replace the HD5870 with Sapphire Radeon R9 290X TRI-X OC 4GB for example?

I wouldn't bother waiting for newer card right now. If you need a gpu right now, get it.
R9 290X Trix is pretty good. If you want a more quieter card, R9 290X Vapor-X is the one to get.

ok but will my computer support the 290x in one of its versions?
And can you recommand me of a place to buy it? (I don't live in the USA, I need a place with international shipping) if it's allowed on here of course.

Thanks but I mean a store not in Israel because it might be cheaper to order it from outside Israel.
