There are two toshiba laptops for 250€.
One has a Pentium B960 with a Radeon 7610m. Good enough cpu performance, but an outdated gpu with no support for DX12.
The other has an AMD A4-5000 with its integrated 8330 and a dedicated 8550m for dual graphics.
Both have 4GB of ram.
The gaming benchmarks and videos all show the 8330 so I have no way of knowing if the A4's weaknesses will be evident with a more powerful gpu/gpu combo. DX12 support may make the cpu less of an issue down the road but for now I have no idea if it will be sufficient.
It will be mostly used for browsing, video and indie games.
