Computer Restarting During Games and Bad Smell

Hey, recently my PC has started to shutdown randomly when playing games. It wouldn't completely shutdown though. It would restart as if I used the windows key and choose the restart option. Well I used OCCT and thought it was my GPU because running OCCT would cause the comp to crash. When I increased the fan speed on my GPU though it stopped. So I thought it was fixed. Then came the burning smell. There was an odd smell coming from the pc like something was burning. So I am now suspecting it to be the PSU. Could the PSU be causing the PC to restart in intensive activities like this and create the bad smell?

Side note: I don't have an extra PSU to use. As my only other one is a 430w which is not enough to run my system.

No leaks to be found at all. I think it is the PSU though, because there is no BSOD and all my temps seem well in their good range. CPU being at 45 under load and 35 at idle; GPU being at around 75 under load (OCCT testing).
