I have have a AMD Radeon 7870. It is cost efficient and suffices all my gaming needs. If your into AMD and have a tight budget, it is a good gpu to have.
I also have an AMD FX-6300. Similarly, it is a good 6 core cpu and will quench all your gaming needs.
