Hi, my Xbox 360s DVD drive broke so i brought a new one off of eBay but the DVD drive didn't come with a PCB so i took out the pcb from my old DVD drive and put it into my new one. The Xbox notices it is a DVD drive but it does not read any disks can someone pleas help.

I have a xbox 360 slim and the tray messed up so we bought a new dvd drive from amazon.com is that all I have to do Is hook up the old pcb ?

Yes, as long as the old pcb isnt broken then there shouldn't be a problem.
